Properties: White monoclinic crystalline powder, odorless and tasteless, soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, slightly soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol. The relative density is 2.32, which is stable in air at 75℃ and begins to lose water to form calcium hydrogen phosphate.
Applicant: In the food industry as loose agent, dough improver, buffer, nutrition supplement, stabilizer, emulsifier, stabilizer, etc. Such as flour, cake, pastry, baking products expansion agent, compound bread modifier, fried food modifier. Also used in biscuits, milk powder, cold drinks, ice cream powder, as a nutritional supplement or quality improver.
