Properties: White crystal(melting point:622℃),hygroscopic and soluble in water that makes an alkaline solution and have capacity of complexing metal ions,such as Ca2+ Mg2+ Fe2+ Fe3+ etc. and effect of colloidization, emulsification dispersion and buffering.

Applicant: Mainly used as builder in making detergent, also for the use of petroleum, mining, metallurge industry & water treatment and such fields. In the food industry, it is used as a quality modifier for canned food, juice beverage, dairy products, soybean milk and so on. It is mainly used for tenderizing ham cans, softening bean skin in canned broad beans, and also as a softener and thickener.

Package: Packed in PE film-lined plastic-woven bags, net wt,50kg or 25kg each, for export neutral packing is used.
